My friends and I play Risk at every one of our get togethers and I needed
some tips on how to beat them. Not necessarily win, but that would be nice
for a change. I usually lose, cause I'm for the most part new to the game.
Two of my friends practically were born playing the game, and they usually
just team up to annhilate me and my ally. It kind of sucks. I plan on using
some of the strategies that I read, but if anyone has any other tips, I'd
gladly accept them. I'm pretty good at Bs'ing my friends into believing me,
so propaganda has kept me in the game mostly. I stay in the game, but I am
usually the first to be wiped out, I tried to focus mainly one of my
friends, Cliff, but he and Dylan just got rid of me. Dylan and Cliff
usually go for Asia together, but my ally and I try for Africa and South
America to start usually. Any help from there? Haha, thanks.

try getting dylan or cliff to your side instead, betray your body at both your heights and say its just a game, start in australia and sneak atack asia or africa, or focus all forces on africa by blitzing it in the beginning of the game from south america to get an early lead..... just a 30 sec thought....

you and your ally should go for Africa, North America, and Europe. Take one or two places in Asia, stoppnig them from getting continent bonus'. Then, close in on South America easily, and you pretty much have just won. |
